This policy applies exclusively to wholesale purchases (B2B) made directly from AmorSerere Wholesale. It does not apply to retail consumers. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Quality Assurance & Acceptance

All products are manufactured under strict quality control (ISO 9001 certified). Prior to shipment, we conduct random sampling inspections. We strongly recommend that you request pre-shipment samples for approval, especially for custom orders.

Upon receiving the goods, you must inspect them within 7 calendar days of delivery. Any defects, damages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within this period, accompanied by clear photos or videos. Failure to notify within 7 days constitutes acceptance of the goods.

2. Manufacturing Defects (Non‑Transit Issues)

If products have manufacturing defects (i.e., problems that existed before shipment), we will, at our sole discretion:

Claims must include: order number, photos/videos clearly showing the defect, and a detailed description. We may request return of the defective items for investigation (return shipping will be covered by us).

3. Transit Damage

Risk Transfer: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer when we deliver the goods to the first carrier. The Buyer assumes all risk of transit damage from that point onward.

Buyer‘s Duty: Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the package immediately. If the outer packaging shows obvious signs of damage (crushing, wetting, tearing, etc.), the Buyer must either refuse acceptance or clearly note “package damaged” on the delivery receipt and take timestamped photos/videos.

Claim Procedure: Any claim for transit damage must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of delivery, together with:

Clear photos and videos of the damaged goods and the packaging,

A photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number,

Proof of delivery (carrier‘s POD).

Our Role: We will assist the Buyer in filing a claim with the carrier, but we do not assume liability for transit damage. The outcome of any carrier claim is solely determined by the carrier. We do not guarantee that compensation will be paid.

Exception: If an independent third‑party laboratory report proves that the damage was caused by a pre‑existing manufacturing defect, this clause does not apply.

4. Incorrect Shipments

If we ship the wrong product, color, or quantity, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent and cover return shipping for the incorrect items.

Custom orders (including branded packaging, custom colors, molds, or private labeling) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect that makes the product unfit for use. No returns are accepted for design or specification errors made by the buyer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at wholesale@amorserere.com with:

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3 business days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund or credit within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credits can be applied to future orders.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a wholesale order shall not exceed the invoice value of the products in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or third-party claims.
